Google Takes Over Westside Pavilion Mall Owners confirm Google will convert the three-story mall into a creative office space starting this year. Hudson Pacific Properties and Macerich confirmed that Google has officially signed a 14-year lease term and will soon move into the West Pavilion Mall. The 584,000 square-feet building will be converted and redeveloped into a creative office space and campus. The project, designed by Gensler, mentioned that there are plans for a rooftop amenity and garden deck. A few nearby residential neighborhoods include Westwood, Cheviot Hills, Century City, Mar Vista, Brentwood, and Culver City.
